How long will my order take to ship?
Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method.
Can I change the contents of my order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at care@augustwomen.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do no offer exchanges. For more questions, please contact our customer care team at care@augustwomen.com.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments. Any questions reach out to care@augustwomen.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. When your orders ships out, you will receive a tracking number.
How do I redeem a promotional code?
Discount codes can be applied at checkout. If there is a site wide sale happening or another promotional event, the discount code will automatically be applied at checkout.
How do I redeem a first time shopper code?
Please sign up for our newsletter to receive your one-time, first time shopper code! Trust us, you won’t regret it :)
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Typically orders take anywhere from 5-7 business days to ship out. If you have not received your order please contact our team at care@augustwomen.com.
How does your sizing work?
Because we are selling multiple brands, we can’t have one universal sizing guide. Please reach out to our team with any sizing questions at care@augustwomen.com. We’ll be pleased to help you find the right fit for your body!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship out within three business days of receiving your order. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Please allow for 2-10 business days depending on the shipping service you select.
Can I change my shipping address?
Depending on the state of your order, our team can help change your shipping address. Please contact us at care@augustwomen.com
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across Canada. Please note that duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
What is my package is lost?
Please reach out to our team if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note claims can take several weeks to process. August Women Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
